Seal the Entry Points – Check windows, doors, and vents for any gaps and seal them with weatherstripping or caulk. Bugs love sneaky little openings!
Use Natural Repellents – Citrus peels, peppermint oil, and vinegar can deter ants, spiders, and other pests. A few drops of peppermint oil near windows and doors can work wonders.
Keep It Clean – Wipe down counters, sweep up crumbs, and take out the trash regularly. Food and standing water attract pests like a buffet invitation!
Screen It Up – If you love fresh air, make sure window and door screens are in good condition. A small tear is an open invitation for mosquitoes and flies.
Tidy Up Outside – Keep bushes and trees trimmed away from your home, and don’t let mulch pile up too close to the foundation—pests love cozy hiding spots.
Try Citronella & Fans – Outdoor gatherings? Citronella candles help keep bugs away, and a simple oscillating fan on your patio can make it harder for flying insects to land.
